真空中绝缘子闪络前表面电荷分布的二维仿真

【摘要】 基于真空闪络的二次电子发射雪崩(SEEA)模型,针对片式有机玻璃PMMA和氧化铝陶瓷两种典型绝缘材料,利用蒙特卡罗法仿真研究了平面圆形及矩形对称电极系统中绝缘子表面电荷的二维分布.仿真结果表明:在靠近阴极处的绝缘子表面存在小范围的负电荷区,而后变为较大范围的正电荷区;随外施电压的提高,绝缘子表面的正电荷区域及密度增大,而负电荷区域及密度减小;二次电子发射系数较小的PMMA绝缘子表面正电荷密度较低;由于圆形电极表面电场分布较矩形电极系统不均匀,其电荷密度分布更不均匀.将仿真结果与他人的实验结果进行了分析对比,发现两者比较接近.

【Abstract】 Based on the secondary electron emission avalanche model the Monte Carlo method is chosen to simulate the 2-dimensional surface charge distributions on PMMA and alumina wafers with planar circular and rectangle symmetrical electrodes,respectively.The results indicate that negative charges exist in a small surface region near the cathode and then turn to positive charges in a big surface region away from cathode,and the density and area of negative charges decrease with the increasing applied voltage,while the density and area of positive charges increase.For PMMA insulator with smaller secondary electric emission rate,its positive charge density gets lower.Compared with planar rectangle electrode,the surface electric field of insulator with circular electrode is more nonuniform,and the surface charge density distributes much more nonuniformly.The simulation results approximately agree with other researchers’ experimental results.
