模型血泵相似性设计及验证
Centrifugal Blood Pump Model Design and Verification Test
【摘要】 以日本磁悬浮离心式血泵为原型,设计制作了放大2倍的模型泵,用不同流体对泵的相似性进行实验验证发现,模型泵和原型泵具有很好的相似性;采用黄原胶溶液模拟血液流体比水的相似性更好,质量分数为0.06%和0.04%的溶液比其他浓度溶液更接近血液流体.在溶液浓度较低时,溶液的非牛顿特性对离心泵的相似设计影响较小,模型泵实测相似临界雷诺数和转速分别与相似设计的临界雷诺数和转速一致;在溶液浓度较高时,溶液的非牛顿特性对离心泵的相似设计影响较大,模型泵实测相似临界雷诺数和转速远小于相似设计的临界雷诺数和转速.
【Abstract】 A 2∶1 scaled-up model of the Kyoto-NTN magnetically suspended impeller centrifugal blood pump(MSCBP)selecting water and aqueous Xanthan gum solutions as working fluid was designed and tested.The results show that the present model pump performances are similar to those of the prototype,and it is better for similarity to replace blood with aqueous Xanthan gum solution than with water.It is noted that at lower concentration of solutions,the critical Reynolds number or rotary speed measured in the present pump coincides with the design value;in contrast,an obvious effect of non-Newtonian behavior on the dynamic similarity design and the measured value is extremely lower than the design value at high concentration.
