旧沥青路面表面处治层抗剪性能
Shear capability of surface treatment on old asphalt pavement
【摘要】 为了提高旧沥青路面的防滑、防水和耐磨等路面使用功能,提出旧沥青路面铺设两油一布撒铺碎石矿料进行综合表面处治技术。根据表面处治层的结构特点确定室内试件制作方法,选择8种不同沥青和土工布的结构组合,得出各种结构组合的沥青和矿料单位面积最佳用量。对8种不同结构组合的表面处治层进行了抗剪性能测试,得出最佳结构组合;通过不同的垂直正压力和试验温度,对最佳结构组合进行抗剪性能测试,得出其摩擦系数和高低温抗剪性能。结果表明,表面处治层的最佳结构组合为采用克拉玛依90#基质沥青和单位面积质量为300 g/m2的短纤维土工布,测得其摩擦系数为0.5989,且其低温抗剪性能优于高温抗剪性能。
【Abstract】 The composite treatment method,one layer of geo-textile added between the two asphalt layers and then with the mineral aggregates paved on them,can improve the efficiency of slip resistance,waterproof and wear resistance on old asphalt road surface.Sample facture is ascertained by structural characteristics of treatment method,8 kinds of structures with different asphalt and geotextile are selected,and the optimal dosage of asphalt and mineral aggregate are gained.The optimal structural combination is put forward on the basis of testing shear capability of 8 kinds of structures.The shear capability of the optimal structural combination is tested under different vertical pressures and temperatures,and the friction coefficient and shear capability are deduced.The results show that the optimal structural combination is KLM90# substrate asphalt and short fiber geotextile with densities of 300 g/m2,the friction coefficient is 0.598 9,and the shear capability under high temperature is better than that under low temperature.7 tabs,4 figs,10 refs.
