【摘要】 知识分享是知识管理的重要内容。本文将影响组织成员知识分享的因素归纳为四方面:知识特性因素、组织因素、个体因素和技术因素,提出知识分享的整合模式,并分析各因素对知识分享的不同作用机理。在此基础上,对知识分享研究的发展趋势进行展望,指出研究将更注重对知识分享测量方法的探索,在知识分享研究中运用社会资本理论以及深入探讨个体因素、组织因素对知识分享的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowledge sharing is one of the important contents of knowledge management.This paper puts the influential factors to knowledge sharing into four aspects,which are knowledge characteristics,organizational facts,personal facts and technological facts,and analysis the mechanism of each fact on knowledge sharing.Finally,three directions of knowledge sharing research are put forward.Those are exploring the measurement of knowledge sharing,taking social capital theory into account and going deep with the research on organizational facts and personal facts.更多还原
