【Abstract】 With the opening up of domestic insurance market,China’s insurance enterprises,especially small & medium-sized insurance companies have to be faced with increasing competitive pressure.So in order to keep the sustainable and healthy development,it is inevitable for the small & medium-sized insurance companies to improve the core competence.As an important and effective analytical tool in the field of management science and systems engineering,data envelopment analysis(DEA) using C2R model and input-output index system,analyzes the input-output data,gain comprehensive efficiency quantitative indicators,and sort decision-making factors.The research findings can provide policy-makers with efficient management information and offer suggestions for small & medium-sized insurance companies to enhance their core competence.更多还原
