【摘要】 目的:探讨PTEN、caspase-3在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征之间的相关性。方法:用免疫组织化学Envison法检测73例胃癌及20例正常胃黏膜组织中PTEN、caspase-3的表达情况。结果:①PTEN和caspase-3在胃癌组织中表达下调,阳性表达率分别为39.7%(29/73)和21.9%(16/73)。②PTEN表达随肿瘤分化程度的降低、浸润深度加深、淋巴结转移增多、临床分期提高而降低,青年组比中老年组表达低。③caspase-3阳性表达随肿瘤分化程度的降低、临床分期提高而降低。④胃癌组织中PTEN与caspase-3的表达呈正相关(r=0.653,P<0.01)。结论:PTEN、caspase-3的表达下调与胃癌的发生、发展有关,二者可作为判定胃癌生物学行为和预后的临床参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the protein expressions of PTEN and caspase-3 in gastric cancer and the relationship between their expressions and clinicalpathological features.Methods: Protein expressions of PTEN and caspase-3 in paraffin embedded tissues from 73 cases of gastric cancer and 20 normal gastric mucosa tissues were analyzed by immunohistochemical Envision method. Results: ①Expressions of PTEN and caspase-3 in gastric cancer were lower than that in the normal gastric mucosa tissues;their expression rates were 39.7% (29/73) and 21.9%(16/73)respectively;②The expression of PTEN in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma was higher than that in poorly-differentiated adenocarcinoma. Also,the lost or decreased expression of PTEN significantly correlated with infiltrative depth,lymph node metastasis,clinicalpathological stage and young cases;③Moreover,the lower expression of caspase-3 correlated with poorly-differentiated adenocarcinoma and clinicalpathological stage;④Significant relationships were found between PTEN and caspase-3 (r =0.653,P < 0.01). Conclusions: This expreiment suggests that PTEN,and caspase-3 may play certain roles in the oncogenesis and progression of gastric cancer. Their expressions may be favorable markers and useful prognostic indicators in the patients with gastric cancer.更多还原
