【摘要】 采用原子吸收分光光度计(AAS),测定了海南单叶蔓荆果实及土样在不同浸泡提取方式中的微量元素含量,并进行了分析与比较。结果:单叶蔓荆是富含Zn的植物,Zn元素的含量区间值为7.2,可能有有抑癌作用,此功效宜采用乙醇浸泡的提取方式效益为好;单叶蔓荆富含Zn,含Mn较少,Mn的含量区间值为2.32,可能具有滋阴、化痰、理气等作用,采用乙醇浸泡提取方式效益为好;单叶蔓荆Zn/Cu比值(7.62)低于人类植物性食物中所含相应比值,揭示了单叶蔓荆可能有治疗糖尿病和降血压的功效,采用乙醇浸泡效益为宜。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper determines the 6 inorganic constituent by AAS such as Fe、Zn、Cu 、Ca、Mg、Mn in the fruit of wild Vitex trifolia L.var.simplicifolia Cham which grows in Hainan Island.It shows that likelihood repel canter because rich content of the Zn(leaves 7.2).It shows that method of treating yin deficiency by reinforcing body fluid and nourishing the blood、reduce phlegm、regulating the flow of vital energy and removing obstruction to it because lower content of the Mn(leaves 2.32).The rate of Zn/Cu(leaves 7.62) is clearly much lower than that found in the human eatable plants.This indicates there will be possibility for Vitex trifolia L.var.simplicifolia Cham to be used to treat diabetes and high blood pressure.use of ethanol extract is a better way.更多还原
