阿特拉津对小鼠血中微量元素的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨阿特拉津对小鼠血中微量元素的影响及其在生理和病理过程中的作用。方法:将小鼠按体重随机分为5组,各组染毒剂量分别为350、175、87.5 mg/kg,阳性对照组和阴性对照组,21 d处死,用原子吸收分光光度法测定血中元素的含量。结果:小鼠经口给予阿特拉津后,血中Fe、Zn、Mn、Co、Ca、Mg与阴性对照组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);血中Cu含量没有明显变化。结论:阿特拉津对小鼠血中微量元素Fe、Zn、Mn、Co、Ca、Mg含量有影响,可能引发疾病。

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach the effect of Atrazine on trace elements of mouse blood and the functions in physiology and pathology.Methods:The mice were divided into 5 groups at random.The disposal doses were 350 、 175 and 87.5 mg/kg.After 21 days,the trace elements contents in blood were detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Results:After the mice were taken Atrazine orally,the contents of trace elements Mn,Zn,Co,Fe,Ca and Mg are remarkably different between dose groups and control group(P<0.05),but there is no change in the content of Cu.Conclusion: Atrazine has some influences on the contents of trace elements Mn,Zn,Co,Fe,Ca and Mg in mice blood and may induce disease.
