紫外分光光度法测定石榴皮中微量元素硒

【摘要】 采用紫外分光光度法,以邻苯二胺盐酸盐做显色剂,检测波长为335 nm,测定石榴皮中微量硒元素的含量。结果表明,吸收度与浓度之间呈良好线性方程(r=0.9993),9种不同产地来源石榴皮中的微量硒元素含量在2.11~8.65μg/g之间,加标平均回收率98.4%,RSD为0.31%。该方法具有操作简便、测定快速、灵敏度高、稳定性好等显著优点,适用于测定石榴皮样品中微量硒含量。

【Abstract】 Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine content of selenium in punica granatum with o-diaminobenzene hydrochloride as apparent color agent under 335nm detection wavelength.The analytical results showed that the linear equation between absorbance and concentration took on good relationship(r=0.9993),the content of selenium was 2.11 to 8.65μg/g in 9 samples from different places,the average recovery is 98.5% and the RSD was 0.31%.The method had the advantage of simplicity,quickness,sensitivity and stability,especially effective in determination of trace selenium in punica granatum.
