【摘要】 针对当前政务系统中存在的"信息孤岛"问题和政府部门间的政务协作问题,提出了一种基于本体和SOA技术的电子政务"一站式服务"框架.该框架首先设计了用于数据交换的本体库,实现了政府部门间数据交换的通用平台,有效解决了政务系统中的"信息孤岛"问题;其次利用Web Service技术实现了政府部门间的协作,给出了对现有政务内网进行改良的方案.更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of information island and cooperation between governments’ system in E-Government (EG),this paper proposed a one-station EG service frame which is based on ontology and SOA(serviee-oriented architec- ture).Firsdy,this model realized the common data exchange platform among the departments of government and de- signed a ontology bases for data exchange,so that the problem of information island is resolved.Secondly,this model im- plemented the cooperation between the government departments by use of the technology of web service and the character- ization of SOA’s locsely couple,and with this,the improvement method for the inner-net of EG is given also.更多还原
