【摘要】 针对釜式反应器的工艺特点和控制要求,提出了一套计算机系统控制方案。给出了控制系统相应的硬件配置及网络拓扑结构以及不同反应阶段的控制方案。在这些控制方案中用到了模糊控制、PID控制。在安全性方面用到了专家系统。最后,测试数据说明该控制方案符合工程要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper puts forth an integrated control system based on Siemens PCS7 according to the system characteristic and control requirement.Network structure and specific hardware configuration is given here.Then,it presents explicitly the control projects in different reaction periods.They include the fuzzy and PID control.In the aspect of safety,expert system is using.In the last part,the testing result indicates that this project is united with practice.更多还原
