【摘要】 2004年奥运冠军域名抢注事件的发生,表明随着中文域名的大规模推广和应用以及2008年北京奥运会进入倒计时,奥运冠军域名保护势在必行。而网络技术的高度发展造成了法律尤其是专门法律的严重滞后,虽然专门立法无法实现缩减滞后的程度,但是,可以借助基本法与交叉边缘法律规范来调整奥运冠军的域名抢注问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hijacking of Olympic champion name domain in 2004 indicated that with the hosting of the Beijing Olympic Games and the wide use of the Chinese domain name,the protection of Olympic champion domain name is urgent.However,compared with the fast development of network technology,the legislation of the domain name lags behind.In this paper,the author proposes that the basic sports laws and cross-disciplinary laws to regulate the hijacking of the Olympic champion domain name.更多还原
