永磁同步电动机无位置传感器的滑模观测器设计
The Design of a Sliding Mode Observer for Sensorless Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
【摘要】 提出了一种基于滑模观测器的永磁同步电动机无位置传感器的控制方法。采用坐标变换,建立永磁同步电动机的数学模型,依据滑模观测器理论,设计了滑模观测器,观测出电机反电动势,实现对永磁同步电动机的转子位置和转速实时估算,并进行了仿真,同时对电机负载转矩的扰动影响进行了实验研究。仿真和实验结果表明,所提出的控制方法是可行的,且具有较强的鲁棒性。
【Abstract】 A sliding mode observer(SMO) for estimating the position and speed of a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) to achieve sensorless drive system was presented in this paper.By transferring coordinate,the mathematics model of control system was founded.Based on the theory of sliding mode observer,the sliding mode observer was designed.Electromotive force was observed to achieve the real-time estimation of the position and speed of PMSM.At last,the mathematics model was simulated using Matlab/Simulink and the effect of variation of torque constant was studied.Simulation results showed that the proposed strategy was feasible and had stronger robustness performance.
