切向结构无刷直流电动机转子隔磁槽优化
Optimization of Flux Barriers in Interior PM BLDCM
【摘要】 切向结构无刷直流电动机因其转子"聚磁"作用而具有较高的功率密度和转矩/电流比值,合理引入隔磁槽可以抑制电枢反应磁势的交轴分量,提高负载时的气隙磁密和电磁转矩。利用有限元分析对比研究了矩形隔磁槽与无隔磁槽结构的电机气隙磁场和电磁转矩。提出了一种尖角形结构隔磁槽,其对交轴磁势的抑制作用相对矩形结构隔磁槽几乎没有降低同时有效削弱了隔磁槽对气隙磁密的影响,并且随着隔磁槽的宽度增加,隔磁槽对交轴磁势的抑制作用得到加强。同时还给出了磁钢高度与隔磁槽宽度匹配优化的方法。
【Abstract】 To restrain the influence of armature reaction of PM BLDCM and improve the air gap flux density and torque,flux barriers were added to the rotor structure.The air gap magnetic field and torque in machines adopting different rotor structure and flux barriers’ width was studied contrastively.Compared with adopting rectangle the barriers adopting right angle shape had the same ability of restraining the influence of armature reaction,and reduced the influence on air gap flux density.Wider barriers restrained the influence of armature reaction better.Then a method on which the high of magnets and the width of barriers can be optimized together was offered.
