【摘要】 目的:估计上海市2型糖尿病门诊患者的疾病成本。方法:以上海市三家医院门诊为基础采用问卷调查的方法分析2型糖尿病患者的直接医疗费用、直接非医疗费用和间接费用计算患者疾病成本。结果:上海市2型糖尿病患者糖尿病的年人均门诊就医次数为21.2次,年人均住院率为0.20次;年人均直接医疗费用约为5 524.45元,年总疾病成本为6 305.22元,其中直接成本占88.6%。有并发症患者的经济负担高于无并发症患者。结论:加强2型糖尿病病人的病情控制,减少并发症的产生,同时采取有效的措施,控制疾病成本的增加,减轻患者的经济负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To assess the cost of illness for type 2 diabetes mellitus in Shanghai for estimating disease burden.Methods:To estimate the cost of illness of type 2 diabetes mellitus in terms of direct cost,direct none-medical cost and indirect cost of type 2 diabetes mellitus outpatients in three secondary and tertiary in Shanghai using questionnaire interviews.Results:The number of outpatient visit per patient is 21.2 per year,and inpatient is 0.2 per capita;The direct medical cost of illness is 5 524.45 RMB,while the total cost per capita is 6 305.22 RMB, of which the direct cost make up 88.6%.The economic burden to patients with complication is 6 814.00 RMB which is higher than those who without complication.Conclusion:Efficient and appropriate intervention should be empha- sized to prevent illness,improving patient’s quality of life could reduce their economic burden.更多还原
