血红铆钉菇氨基酸缺陷型菌株的紫外诱变选育
Induced Mutation Breeding of Gomphidius viscidus Amino Acid Auxotrophic Strain by UV
【摘要】 通过原生质体去细胞壁技术,以血红铆钉菇原生质体为材料,利用紫外线对其进行诱变处理,筛选出6株氨基酸营养缺陷型突变株,经稳定性试验确认1株突变株性状可以稳定遗传,利用生长谱法对缺陷型进行了鉴定、分析。结果表明,该菌株为L-半胱氨酸缺陷型菌株,为营养缺陷型突变株的筛选奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Six amino acid auxotrophic strains were screened through cell wall removing technique and used protoplast of Gomphidius viscidus as material induced mutation by UV,and confirmed one of them could stably descend its mutant characters through stability experiment;and identified and analyzed its auxotrophic type adopting growth spectrum method.The results showed that the strain was a L-cysteine auxotrophic strain.This method has laid a foundation for screening an auxotrophic mutant.
