加强教职工思想政治工作 提高教职工思想政治素质
Strengthening the Ideological and Political Work to Advance Ideological Quality in Higher Education
【摘要】 文章阐述了做好教职工思想政治工作的重大意义;分析了目前教职工思想政治工作存在的问题;提出了今后加强思想政治工作的基本途径。
【Abstract】 This paper expounds the importance of strengthening the ideological and political work on the teaching and administrative staff,and analyzes the problems in the work and puts forward the related basic solutions.
