【摘要】 目的了解不同浓度的4种杀虫剂对德国小蠊的杀灭效果,为指导现场防治提供科学依据。方法药膜法。结果顺式氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氟氯氰菊酯在提高使用浓度后,击倒率加快。72 h死亡率,3种菊酯类杀虫剂高、低浓度间差异无显著性;残杀威高浓度致死效果明显优于低浓度。结论加大杀虫剂使用浓度可加快对德国小蠊的击倒速度,但不能提高死亡率,所以不是灭蟑的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the effect of common used four insecticides with different concentration against Blattella germanica and give scientific evidence for the field control. Methods WHO recommend method of residual smearing.Results The results showed that alphacypermethrin,deltamethrin and batacypermethrin were more quick than ordinary concentration on the knock down rate to the testing Blattella germanica when concentration of insecticides was raised,but the killing rate was not noticable changes between high and low concentration of insecticides of the mentioned above.The killing rate of propoxur to cockroach on the high concentration was higher than low one. Conclusion The raise of insecticides concentration can enhance the knock down rate of Blattella germanica,but it can’t raise the cockroach killing rate,it isn’t a suitable method in the field control.更多还原
