用气相色谱和质谱联用法测定不同蚊香烟雾的有机污染物
Detection of organic pollutants in coiled mosquito incense smoke by GC/MS assay
【摘要】 目的检测S2蚊香烟雾中的有机污染物。方法用乙醇作为吸收液采集S2蚊香烟雾,经FFAP毛细管柱分离后,用GC/MS仪全扫描方式检测。结果含有S2增效剂的蚊香在燃烧过程中,除了能释放拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂、S2增效剂等能驱除蚊虫的有效成分外,还会因燃烧不完全而产生一系列有害于人体健康的有机污染物。结论无烟蚊香对人体健康的影响低于有烟蚊香。
【Abstract】 Objective To detect the organic pollutants in the coiled mosquito incense smoke. Methods The coiled mosquito incense smoke was collected in alcohol solution,separated by FFAP capillary column and determined by GC/MS assay using SCAN mode. Results In addition to the effectual ingredient,there were other organic pollutants endangering the health of the residents during the burning of coiled mosquito. Conclusion Smokeless mosquito coil have lower influence on health of human body than smoke mosquito coil.
