【摘要】 目的研制一种新型的缓释剂来驱避蚊虫。方法采用正交试验设计L16(45),以高分子凝胶(TDD)为缓释载体,用Y型嗅觉仪测试了5种驱蚊精油(避蚊胺、山苍子油、樟脑油、香茅草油、熏衣草油)混配后对致倦库蚊、白纹伊蚊的驱避效果。结果山苍子油、熏衣草油对致倦库蚊驱避效果显著,且两者均在低剂量情况下效果较好;配方1、8、9对致倦库蚊具有较好的驱避作用。结论各精油的最佳配比需要结合人体叮刺试验进行进一步优化研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a new type of slowly-releasing repellent on mosqutoes.Methods Adopting the orthogonal-designs L16(45)and using the macromolecule gelatin(TDD) as slowly-releasing carrier,and testing the repellent effect of mixed extract oils(deet,litsea cubeba oil,camphor oils,citronella oil,lavender oil) on Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and Aedes albopictus using Y-smelling apparatus.Results The result indicated that the dose-levels of litsea cubeba oil and lavender oil were distinct to Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus,the good effect was obtained at low dose.The treatments 1,8,9 had good repellent effect on Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus.Conclusion The best ingredient of insectifuge need to be carried out by optimize-experiment according to flesh-sting-test.更多还原
