【摘要】 目的探讨医院开展精细化管理的成效。方法组织员工学习精细化管理基础知识,结合本岗位制作主要工作流程,分片讨论岗位职责及职位说明。结果员工树立了精细化管理理念,岗位职责进一步细化,效率提高;制作了高效、便捷、增值、便于考核的工作流程,成本意识加强。结论精细化管理是医院管理迈向现代化管理的有效途经。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of implementing lean management in hospital. Method Employees were organized to learn basic knowledge of lean management, discuss the responsibility and description of posts, and establish the main work flow integrating the characters of their posts. Result Employees have fostered the conception of lean management. The responsibilities of posts were refined and the efficiency of work increased. Some effective, convenient, value added and easy to check work flows were established. Cost conception was strengthened. Conclusion Lean management was an effective route to realize modern management.更多还原
