多端口单元器件归一化实现

【摘要】 将多端口基本单元器件——(p+q)端口回转器电压与电流赋定关系的阻抗矩阵Z归一化分解为R0.Gb.R0T的形式,R0矩阵元素仅由1、0和-1构成.并用回转比为R0的(n+b)端口回转器和可调电导矩阵Gb=di-ag[g1,g2,…,gb]设计归一化分解R0.Gb.R0T=Z的电路,设计门阵列开关控制(n+b)端口归一化回转器的各二端口归一化回转器,从而达到了(p+q)端口回转器归一化实现并能用模拟集成电路归一化生产.因此,多端口单元器件也能用模拟集成电路归一化实现和生产.

【Abstract】 The related impedance matrix Z of the voltage and current of n-port basic unitary element,(p+q)-port gyrator, will be normalized and separated to the formation of R0·Gb·RT0. The element of matrix R0 is comprised of 1,0 and -1. Applying (p+q)-port gyrator of gyrate ratio R0 and adjustable conductance matrix Gb=diag[g1,g2,…,gb], it is easy to design the circuit of normalization separated impedance matrix Z=R0·Gb·RT0, to design the (n+b)-port normalization gyrator of the individual two port normalization gyrator of gate array switch controlled. At last, it can attain to realize the (p+q)-port gyrator normalization and the goal by using analog integrated circuit unitary to produce (p+q)-port gyrator. So, the n-port unitary element can also be realized and produced through using analog integrated circuit.
