【摘要】 目的:探讨纤维胆道镜在肾盂切开治疗肾多发性结石中的运用价值。方法:在肾盂切开取石术中,取出易取结石后,如有残留再用纤维胆道镜取肾中残留结石;并与我院同期行肾盂、肾实质联合切开取石治疗肾多发性结石临床结果进行比较。结果:52例肾多发性结石经纤维胆道镜取出最少1枚结石,最多12枚结石,1例病例残留0.4 cm×0.4cm大小结石1枚,结石清除率达98.1%。结论:纤维胆道镜用于肾多发性结石治疗效果较好,损伤小,是一种安全有效的方法,值得推广运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the value of fiber-choledochoscope in pelviolithotomy for multiple renal calculi.Methods:During the procedure,fiber-choledochoscope was employed to deal with the residual renal calculi after the larger stones being removed.The clinical data were compared with those that underwent nephrolithotomy in our hospital for multiple renal calculi in the corresponding period in terms of efficacy.Results:Removal of the stones ranged at lowest from 1 up to 12 pieces in a total of 52 cases by fiber-choledochoscope.Residual stone was found in only one case with a size of 0.4×0.4 cm2 and the removal reached 98.1%.Conclusion:Fiber-choledochoscope is effective for the multiple renal calculi owing to the safety and less surgical trauma.更多还原
