【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤手术的适用性、安全性及优越性。方法:对我院近两年来42例卵巢良性肿瘤患者行腹腔镜手术治疗的适应证、方法及经验进行回顾性总结。结果:41例手术均成功完成,其中28例行卵巢囊肿剔除术,12例囊液抽洗后行囊壁剥除术,1例行附件切除术,仅1例中转开腹,术后病理检查均为良性肿瘤,术中术后均无并发症发生,术后恢复情况均良好。结论:腹腔镜手术已成为卵巢良性肿瘤理想、安全、首选的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the applicability,safety and superiority of laparoscopy in treatment of benign ovarian tumor.Methods:The data of 42 cases undergone laparoscopic resection for benign ovarian tumor were reviewed in terms of the indication,approaches and experience.Results:41 cases went through the removal of the mass,among which 28 cases received enucleation of ovarian cyst,12 underwent laparoscopic oophorocystectomy after cyst fluid aspiration,1 experienced adnexectomy,and only 1 case was referred to laparotomy.After the procedure,all cases were confirmed pathologically to be benign ovarian tumor.No intra or post-operative complications occurred and all the patients got quick postoperative recovery.Conclusion:Laparoscopic resection may be the first choice in treatment of benign ovarian tumor for minimal invasion.更多还原
