【Abstract】 In the course of the construction of a harmonious society and the new socialist countryside,there are still more public security problems in the rural areas around Urumqi,which are contradictory to the idea of the harmonious society and the new socialist countryside.To construct a better security environment for the construction of the new socialist countryside,we’ll have to strengthen the construction of the rural grassroots public security: to inflict heavier punishment;to carry out the obligation system of the comprehensive treatment of public security;to improve the public security prevention system in the rural areas;to reinforce the management of,and the service to,the floating population;and to enhance the rural economic level.更多还原
