集群式供应链定制化生产模式研究——以晋江鞋业产业集群为例

【摘要】 通过介绍集群式供应链定制化与其运作基本框架关系;提出了集群式供应链实施定制化生产的五种模式,同时比较分析了这五种模式各自的特点和他们对集群式供应链运作效果的影响,并以晋江鞋业产业集群的案例进行了考证分析。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the cluster supply chain customization and its basic framework of operation,gives out 5 modes for customized production of cluster supply chain,compares the 5 modes and their influence in cluster supply chain operation and analyzes the case of Jinjiang Shoe Industry cluster.
