热处理对3.5Ni钢低温韧性的作用
Effect of Heat Treatment on Low-temperature Toughness of 3.5Ni Steel
【摘要】 介绍了3.5Ni低温钢的热处理工艺对力学性能和微观组织结构影响的试验内容,结果表明,热轧状态的3.5Ni低温钢进行热处理,可以进一步细化晶粒和调整组织,提高综合力学性能。850℃正火及850℃正火+600℃回火处理均可以得到比较理想的低温韧性。
【Abstract】 The effect of heat treatment process on mechanical performance and microstructure of 3.5Ni low-temperature steel was introduced in this paper.The result shows that the heat treatment of rolled 3.5Ni low-temperature steel can improve the mechanical performance by fining grain size and adjusting microstructure.Excellent low-temperature toughness can be gained by 850 ℃ normalized or 850 ℃ normalizing followed by 600 ℃ tempering.
