富锂卤水高温蒸发结晶分离镁和锂的方法

【摘要】 如何经济有效地分离镁锂是盐湖开发的难题。给出了一种基于氯化锂-氯化镁-水三元体系相图而开发的,从多级盐田滩晒后的富锂卤水中分离镁和富集锂的方法。通过两次重结晶六水氯化镁,每次水蒸发量控制在10%(质量分数)左右,卤水中镁锂质量比可由20∶1降至6.3∶1,锂含量上升近3倍,且保证每段锂回收率均大于84%,实验全程最高温度不大于120℃。实验结果表明,该方法具有工艺流程简单,操作性强,除卤水外无需其他一次性原材料消耗,能耗低,综合成本低等优点,有望在盐湖开发中应用。

【Abstract】 Seperating MgCl2 from LiCl-containing natural brine is a difficult problem in the exploitation of salt lake resources.Based on the ternary phase diagram of the LiCl-MgCl2-H2O system,a method to crystallize MgCl2·6H2O from LiCl-containing brine was developed.After two steps of about 10%(mass fraction) water evaporation from mixture solution and recrystallization of MgCl2·6H2O,the Mg-Li weight ratio could be decreased from 20∶1 to 6.3∶1,the content of Li increased about three times compared to original solution.In each step,the yield of Li was not less than 84%,while the highest temperature was under 120 ℃ during the whole process.The experiment results showed that the method proposed in this work was simple and highly effective in industrial process and low in energy-consumption and in comprehensive cost.Therefore it′s a prospective approach to be applied in the exploitation of salt lake.
