基于Vega的塔式起重机视景仿真系统研究

【摘要】 为设计塔式起重机视景仿真系统,达到塔式起重机模拟驾驶的效果,本文根据塔式起重机的运动特性建立动力学模型,基于VC++编辑平台,通过Vega软件对实体模型进行实时驱动,开发出一套塔式起重机模拟驾驶视景仿真系统,研究和分析了系统设计、开发流程及关键技术问题。仿真结果表明本系统具有较高的真实度,满足塔式起重机视镜仿真的要求,能够达到模拟训练的目的。

【Abstract】 To design the tower crane Visual Simulation System and achieve the effect of simulation driving, in this paper, Dynamics model is proposed based on the movement characteristics of tower crane and tower crane driving simulation system is developed by Vega software driving solid models based on VC ++ programs. The questions of system design, development process and key techniques are studied and analyzed. The simulation results show that the system is highly realistic, able to meet the requirements of tower crane visual simulation and to satisfy the purpose of simulation training.
