基于单片机的板栗成分检测仪的开发
Design of instrument of chestnut Based on Microprocessor
【摘要】 本论文是关于滤光片型近红外板栗成分检测仪的设计和研制,采用固定波长点近红外漫反射技术,开发板栗成熟度检测仪的软硬件部分。仪器的主要组成部件包括:光源部分、单色器、样品池、检测器、控制器、人机接口(键盘和LCD显示器)。采用VC++6.0编写了WINDOWS上位机软件,实现了数据的存储、数据处理、图形曲线显示等功能。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the focus of this work was to design and manufacture the near infrared spectrum analyzer for chestnut com-ponents with filters. Using diffused reflection spectrum technology with the fixed wavelengths developed software and hardware of the INR spectrum analyzer to analyze chestnut components. The dominant parts contain: a lamp, a filters and a detector, microcontroller, keyboard, LCD. Friendly user interface for the computer is realized by VC++6.0 and such function as datum analysis, datum pro-cessing, datum cure displaying is realized.
