基于CAN总线的多点式SPC系统设计与实现

【摘要】 文中提出一种基于CAN总线的多点式数据采集和SPC系统,并介绍了SPC数据采集盒(SPC-Keyboard)硬件原理和CAN总线防冲撞通讯的设计;引入可标定控制线实现非稳态情况下由于控制线波动对异常因数判定的影响。通过实际应用,验证了该系统设计和实现的正确性和可靠性。

【Abstract】 This paper presents a system design of multi-points data acquisition and SPC based on CAN bus, and introduces the hardware design theory of SPC data acquisition boxes (SPC-Keyboard) and the design of anti-collision communication based on CAN bus. Because the Control-line of Control-chart is easy to be fluctuated and some abnormal factor can not be found in precarious status, the design method is introduced to watch the abnormal factor in control-chart by using fixed Control-line. The practical application has confirmed that the system is accurate and reliable under this design framework.
