基于VC++的水闸液压启闭PLC控制系统
PLC System of the Headstock Gear with Hydraulic Pressure of Sluice Based on VC++
【摘要】 基于安全性、可靠性及提高自动化程度,对传统液压启闭机控制系统进行了改进,提出了一种基于VC++和PLC技术想结合的计算机控制方案。分别从硬件和软件两方面对控制系统进行了设计,已成功应用于吉林丰满水电站老设备改造中,运行良好,提高了整个控制系统的可靠性、安全性、自动化程度。
【Abstract】 Base on security dependability and realize the automatic control of floodgate, the traditional headstock gear control system with hydraulic pressure of sluice is improved, a kind of control scheme based on VC++ and PLC is given. Control system from as-pects of hardware and software is designed, which can respectively improve systematic dependability and security and realize the auto-matic control of floodgate. During rebuilding Fengman hydroelectric power station of Jilin province, the control scheme has been ap-plied and the result is good.
