【摘要】 本文提出了一种软测量系统数据通信的具体实现方法。利用可视化编程工具Visual Basic(VB)通过ActiveX控件技术实现对PHD数据对象的访问,进行数据的实时存取,为软测量模型计算提供数据来源;采用二进制文本的方法实现Matlab与VB应用程序的数据交换;并利用组态王实现Access数据库与外部程序的数据交换,在系统界面上实时显示各类采集和运算结果。最后整体实现了系统从数据采集、模型运算和界面显示的正常运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the detail of a data communication method in soft measurement system of chemical process.By the medium of ActiveX technology with Visual Basic(VB),it is accomplished by visiting the data object of PHD to realize the data storage on-line,and provide the data resource for calculating the soft measurement model.The data exchange between Matlab and VB is accomplished with bin text file,and the Access database is communicated with external programs by the medium of King View software.The calculated results and acquired data are displayed online in the manmachine interface.It makes the soft measurement system run in good order.更多还原
