射频收发芯片SMI7035的原理与应用
The Theory and Application of RF Transceiver SMI7035
【摘要】 SMI7035是Sierra Monolithics公司推出的一款符合IEEE802.16规范的2.3～2.7GHz,3.3～3.8GHz双频段射频收发芯片,用来设计开发WiMAX设备和产品,文中介绍了SMI7035的主要功能、结构及典型应用电路。
【Abstract】 SMI7035 is a WiMAX compliant RF transceiver which is produced by Sierra Monolithics corporation.The Frequency of RX/TX is 2.3 ～2.7 GHz or 3.3 ～3.8 GHz.This transceiver is designed for use in the WiMAX product and equipment.The paper presents the function,configuration,application circuit of SMI7035.
