基于CAN总线的电动执行机构的设计
Design of electric actuator based on CANbus
【摘要】 智能电动执行机构实现远程监控是目前研究的热点。本文介绍了基于CAN总线通讯的智能电动执行机构的设计思路及实现方法,具体介绍了电动执行机构的控制电路、驱动电路及CAN总线接口,并在PC机与电动执行机构之间接入CANUSB接口卡,在PC机WINXP环境下用VC++实现了与电动执行机构的CAN总线通讯与远程监控。结果表明,电动执行机构的控制方案效果较好。
【Abstract】 Realizing long-distance monitoring of electric actuator is the hot investigation now.This paper introduces the design of elec-tric actuator including its control circuit,drive circuit and CANbus interface based on CANbus, realizes CANbus communication by CANbus interface card between a pc and electric actuator with VC++ .The result shows its reliable perfect control effect.
