机车定置试验台各轮对的速度同步控制
Speed Synchronize Control of Each Pair of Wheels In the Train Testing Bed
【摘要】 我国铁路连续大规模提速,对机车性能要求更高了,铁路干线的运行也更繁忙,几乎不可能在线路上试验机车的性能。因此,构建适用于不同结构特点的机车,能够进行启动试验、牵引试验、制动试验等的机车定置试验台是十分必要的。本文主要论述机车定置试验台核心部分-机车各轮对的速度控制和速度同步控制的具体设计和实现。
【Abstract】 With the continuous increase in the speed of railway transportation, higher demand is put on the performance of locomo-tives and the main line is much busier than before, which makes it almost impossible to test the properties of locomotives on real line. Therefore, it’s necessary to develop locomotives testing bed that can adjust to different structure characters to do start up test, drawing test, braking test etc. In this paper we mainly discuss the kernel part of train testing bed—the speed control of each pair of wheels and the specific design and realization of speed synchronize control.
