中频电源的仿真与分析
Simulation and Analysis on Medium-frequency Power Supply
【摘要】 简述了中频电源的工作原理,得出了12脉动整流器的特征谐波含有率与触发角和换相重叠角的关系曲线。适当增大整流变压器的漏电抗可以降低网侧电流的谐波含量,减小整流电路触发角也能够降低网侧电流的总谐波畸变率。最后利用MATLAB仿真软件构造了中频电源模型,仿真结果和实测数据基本吻合。
【Abstract】 Medium-frequency power supply’s principle is discussed. The curve which indicate relations between trigger angle,commu-tation angle and characteristic harmonic ratio of 12-pulsating rectifier is presented.With appropriate increasing of transformer’s leak-age inductance,the harmonic content of input currents is reduced. Taking from trigger angle of rectifier can also decrease the total harmonic ratio of input currents. Model of medium-frequency power supply is constructed with simulation software of MATLAB. Sim-ulation results coincide with tested datum on the whole.
