基于FTA的矿井提升机故障诊断系统
Mine Hoist Fault Diagnosis System Based on FTA
【摘要】 将FTA方法引入到故障诊断系统中,提出了基于FTA的故障诊断系统的体系结构。结合矿井提升机故障的特点,重点描述了知识库、推理机以及解释器的建立过程,并给出了故障诊断系统的实现。应用结果表明,该系统符合矿井提升机实际故障诊断要求,具有很好的实用价值。
【Abstract】 FTA method was applied to fault diagnosis system,a fault diagnosis system architecture based FTA was presented. According to fault characteristics of mine hoist,lay emphasis on describing construct process of knowledge base,reasoning machine and interpreting machine,and give realizing of fault diagnosis system. The application result show that this system in line with actual fault diagnosis re-quirements of mine hoist,and also have a good practical value.
