基于DSP的数字PID伺服控制系统设计
DSP-Based Digital PID Servo Control System Design
【摘要】 传统连续控制过程中采用的PID控制方法已经不能满足高性能控制器的要求。本文结合面向电机控制领域的嵌入式DSPF2812,将数字PID控制技术应用到实时伺服系统中,并根据F2812实时多任务资源调度的特点设计出实时PID伺服控制系统。同时应用符合国际标准IEEE754浮点运算规则的IQ-Math库函数,设计出符合本运动控制器的参数Q格式,进一步完善了实时伺服控制系统的设计。设计完成的DSP-Based实时PID伺服控制系统充分发挥了F2812强大的运算能力和实时多任务处理的能力,完全能够适应系统高速高精度的控制要求。
【Abstract】 In the continuous control system,the Proportional-Integral-Derivative(PID) method can’t meet the higher request of the high performance controller.So the digital PID design technology was applied to implement in the embedded system DSP F2812 in this paper,the real-time PID servo control system was designed with the character of real-time multitask source processing.Mean-while,the format of the controller parameters was designed according to international standard IEEE754 by IQ-Math mathematical library,which prompt better performance of the real-time servo control system.The DSP-Based controller occupy the much stronger arithmetic capability and real-time multitask processing ability,so it can be seen that the controller can meet the high speed/high accuracy request completely.
