镍氢电池的数值模拟
NUMERCIAL SIMULATION OF NICKEL HYDROGEN BATTERY
【摘要】 通过研究镍氢电池的传热传质以及电化学反应机理,根据能量守恒原理建立其三维、非稳态数学模型,该模型包括了电池外壳、内部极堆、氢气工质等全部区域。基于计算流体力学(CFD)方法,对镍氢电池的温度场进行了数值模拟,并将数值模拟结果与实验结果进行对比,两者符合良好。该模型能够指导镍氢电池在空天电源、移动电源等领域的工程设计、参数优化等实际需要。
【Abstract】 A three-dimensional, transient numerical model was developed for a nickel-hydrogen(Ni-MH) battery, based on the mechanisms of heat and mass transfer, electrochemical reaction and energy conservation law in the battery. The computational domain of the model includes the shell, electrode stack and hydrogen area of the battery. The model was used to simulate the transient temperature of the battery, using computational fluid dynamics technology. The simulation results agree the experimental data well. This model is useful in guiding the engineering design and parameter optimization of NI-MH battery in aviation power supply and mobile power supply fields.
