【摘要】 目的:观察布瑞宁注射液对慢性肺心病患者肺动脉高压的影响.方法:将60例肺心病患者随机分成两组,治疗组在传统治疗的基础上加用布瑞宁注射液,对照组予以传统治疗.结果:经治疗后,治疗组和对照组的肺动脉平均压(MPAP)分别为(20.23±4.88)mmHg和(23.98±4.97)mmHg,治疗组的MPAP基本回到正常范围,疗效明显优于对照组.两组间各自治疗前后相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组同对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组未发现明显的不良反应.结论:布瑞宁注射液治疗慢性肺心病肺动脉高压疗效确切,安全有效,值得推广.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the influence of Puerarine injection to the chronic cardiopulmonary disease with pulmonary arterial hypertension.Methods:The 60 patients of the chronic cardiopulmonary disease with pulmonary arterial hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and 30 patients in each group,based on classic treatment,the former added with Puerarine injection and the latter only with classic treatment.Results:After treatment,the MPAP of treatment group and control group were(20.23 ±4.88)mmHg and(23.98 ±4.97) mmHg respectively,the pulmonary hypertension had remarkable amelioration,the treatment effects of treatment group were superior to that of control group,the MPAP of treatment group returned to normal generally.In each group there were statistical significance(< 0.01) in contrast before and after treatment;contrast between the two groups after treatment there were statistical significance(<0.05).In the treatment group no obvious side effects were present.Conclusion:There is a marvelous curative effect with Puerarine injection in treating chronic cardiopulmonary disease with pulmonary arterial hypertension.更多还原
