高压空气环境钨极氩弧行为和焊接技术的研究
Gas Tungsten Arc Welding Behavior features under High air Ambient Pressure
【摘要】 针对高压空气环境的特殊性,研制了高压焊接试验舱和钨极氩弧自动焊机。在0.1~0.7 MPa空气环境中,利用高速摄像、研究电弧形态的变化,测定电弧静特性曲线。适应海底管道维修全位置焊接的需要,在0.1~0.7 MPa空气压力下,研究典型位置16 Mn钢板的自由成形,形成的接头符合美国焊接学会AWS D 3.6M:1999中A类接头的要求。
【Abstract】 Aiming at special demands under high air ambient pressures,this paper developed the hyperbaric welding test chamber and the automatic GTAW machine.Under 0.1-0.7MPa high air ambient pressures,arc shapes were recorded by high speed video,and arc static characteristics curves were tested.To satisfy the need of sub-sea pipeline all-position welding repair,free forming features of 16Mn steel plate in typical positions under 0.1-0.7MPa high air ambient pressures were studied,and all manufactured joints were classified as Class A in AWS D3.6M: 1999.
