基于图像处理的混凝土骨料分析
Concrete Aggregate Analysis Based on Image Processing
【摘要】 骨料颗粒形状对混凝土性能有重要影响。惯用的方法是优化骨料的堆积密度。关于颗粒尺寸与形状的内在联系,在实验研究中还比较欠缺。该文阐述了基于图像处理的骨料颗粒的分析方法,然后针对四种不同的类型的骨料,论证了方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 The shape of aggregate grains exerts significant influences on concrete performance.In general,properties of conventional concrete have been found by optimum packing density of the aggregate.Particle size and shape are common denominator in such studies.It is still an underrated factor in laboratory studies.This paper elaborates the method for shape assessment of loose(non-embedded) aggregate grains based on imagery processing,and demonstrates its use for four types of aggregate,allowing evaluation of usefulness of the method.
