【Abstract】 As a necessary course for the development of the entrepreneurial enterprise,the venture capital is extremely important for its existence.By analyzing the characteristics and the risks on the venture capital,a risk structure model was founded according to the theory of ESM.Through the estimation of the model,the influence of the venture capitals of different kinds was analyzed,which provides a theoretic guidance for the measurement of the venture capital risk and a basis for the establishment of the risk controlling strategy.更多还原
