【摘要】 指出了企业家创业理论是20世纪80年代国际学术界新兴的一个研究领域,但直至今日,创业理论尚未形成一个内在逻辑一致的严密体系。其中,针对创业企业理论的研究更为初步,创业阶段要回答的问题是"人为什么要设立企业"。研究了创业者通过不断学习的行为来考察企业的过程,对创业企业的性质进行了新的阐释。把企业建立在人们的主观概率空间上,通过信息集合的变化导致人们主观概率的变化,由此来解释企业的形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theory of entrepreneurial venture has been a newly emerged field since 1980s.However,the entrepreneurial theory cannot generate a logically consistent system.The research on the entrepreneurial firm theory is limited.The question that must be answered during the start-up stage is "why entrepreneurs create businesses?" The entrepreneurial process at the base of entrepreneurial learning was studied.The nature of new firms was analyzed.Our analysis of the formation of firms is that: to establish firms on the subjective probability through the change of information integration which results in the change of people’s subjective probability.更多还原
