【Abstract】 The tutors are very important in the course of cultivating graduate students,who are the key factor in the result of cultivating graduate students.In this paper,the necessities of multi-tutor mode has been pointed out on the analysis of single-tutor mode limitations on graduates’ cultivating.And on the basis of viewing of the present stage of development of multi-tutor mode,a mode of multi-instructors cultivating has been classified in the view of actual situation,then the conceiving strategy has been proposed.更多还原
