【Abstract】 Based on a series of questionnaire and visiting investigation of highway administrators in two provinces of Hebei and Hubei,the paper analyzes the styles and inducement of disasters,the weakness of management,and the necessity of introducing forewarning management.Due to the limitation of current management concept and level,it suggests early warning management be introduced to solve the problem of disaster effectively,and be used as a new method or model for reference by department of highway construction to prevent the occurrence of disasters and fast rescue in emergency.更多还原
