氯羟磷灰石固溶体的XRD研究

【摘要】 采用固相法合成一系列氯羟磷灰石固溶体,通过XRD表征手段进行晶体化学分析,结果发现:随着Cl-含量增加,晶胞参数a增大,c减小.且二者呈线性关系:a=0.149 4x+9.433 6,c=-0.062 8x+6.902 6,符合Vegard定律.由Vegard定律计算的晶胞参数,与实测值比较发现,a与Cl-含量更符合理论关系,而c相差较大,说明通道离子的半径、位置和电负性对晶胞参数a影响较小、c影响较大.

【Abstract】 A series of chlor-hydroxyapatite solid solutions were synthesized by solid-phase reaction method and investigated by XRD.The results indicated that unit-cell parameters a value increases,c value decreases when Cl-contents increase gradually.Both have linear relation with Cl-contents: a=0.149 4 x+9.433 6,c=-0.062 8 x+6.902 6.This result accords with Vegard law.The unit-cell parameter,which was calculated in the light of Vegard law,was comparable with the actual result.It is found that the relationship between a value and Cl-contents is much more coincident than that of c value through comparison with the theory result.It reveals that the radius,location and electronegativity of channel-ions can affect unit-cell parameter c much more evidently than a value.
