【摘要】 后进企业发展和国际化学习都是当前企业管理日益得到重视的研究领域。论述了后进企业国际化学习的重要性,评述了现有的对后进企业国际化战略模式的研究现状。通过总结和分析,发现企业国际化学习重要性的讨论主要是从后进企业学习与企业持续性发展的某些因素相关性出发的。对后进企业国际化战略模式研究当前主要表现为5种,在归纳这些理论的基础上进行了评论。更多还原
