混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的电化学无损检测技术

【摘要】 对比研究了几种混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的无损检测技术,包括半电池电位法、线性极化法、阳极极化曲线法。半电池电位法测试速度快,但所测结果受环境影响较大;线性极化测试准确,但很难将结果与钢筋的实际锈蚀情况相对应;阳极极化曲线能有效判断钢筋是否脱钝,通过阳极极化曲线定量判断钢筋腐蚀的速率将成为该领域未来研究的重点之一。

【Abstract】 Several nondestructive test methods for detecting the corrosion state of reinforcing steels in concrete,such as half cell potential(HCP),linear polarization(LP) and anodic polarization curve(APC),were introduced and and their merits and drawbacks were analyzed,so as to find out an available and quick corrosion assessment method for reinforced concrete structures.HCP test is easy and time saving,but its result is easily and largely affected by test conditions.Linear polarization test is with accurate merit,but it is difficult to describe the relation between result of linear polarization and the corrosion state of steels.APC method can effectively assess the corrosion tendency of steels.To quantify the corrosion rate of the steel by APC method is one of the key research projects in this field in the future.
